As an apprentice in dialogue marketing, you'll learn how to set out and successfully put into practice advertising and dialogue measures via telephone, fax, letter, chat, video chat, or email. 

What are your duties during your apprenticeship? 

  • answering customer enquiries and processing orders 
  • providing advice on products, tariffs, or services 
  • customer acquisition or recovery through sales and information campaigns
  • working on special support hotlines, e. g., technical or complaint hotlines 
  • providing support in order processing 

In addition, you will gain exciting insight into how contact centres work successfully. You'll get to know the various management levels such as marketing & sales, find out everything about clever marketing, and support a variety of projects. 

What do we expect of our apprentices?

  • secondary school-leaving certificate (mittlere Reife) as a minimum 
  • excellent communication skills 
  • good knowledge of German (spoken & written) 
  • time flexibility (workdays) 
  • a friendly, service-orientated manner
  • routine familiarity with computers
